This is a draft policy based on the house rules and booking process described by the property. Please have it reviewed before publishing, and adjust anything that doesn't match how the property actually operates.

Bookings

Submitting the booking form on this website reserves your chosen room immediately, subject to availability — you will not be asked to wait for a confirmation email or phone call. No payment is taken online; the room rate is paid to Nithusha Holiday House Jaffna directly at check-in.

Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in is from 1:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Earlier check-in or later check-out can usually be arranged if you let us know in advance, and may carry an hourly fee.

House Rules

  • No smoking inside rooms
  • No parties or large, loud events
  • Pets are not allowed
  • A peaceful, family-friendly environment is maintained for all guests

Additional Services

Airport transfers, vehicle or scooter rental assistance, specialised laundry, and custom dinner arrangements are available on request and charged separately from the room rate.

Cancellations

Since no payment is taken when you book, there is no cancellation charge — but please let us know as early as possible if your plans change, so the room can be released for other guests.
