What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is between 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM and check-out is between 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Both can be flexible with prior arrangement — just mention it in the special requests field when you book.
How do I make a reservation?
Choose a room and your dates on our booking page — the room is reserved for you instantly, with no online payment required. You simply pay Ravi & Kandiah directly at check-in.
Do you offer airport pickup?
Yes, airport pickup and drop-off transfers can be arranged for a separate charge. Mention it in the special requests field when you book, and we will confirm the cost.
Is parking available?
Yes, free private on-site parking is available to all guests.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not permitted, to keep the property comfortable and peaceful for all guests.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Yes — special rates are available for long-term monthly stays, extended bookings, and direct repeat guests. Mention it in the special requests field when you book, or contact us first.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted inside rooms. We also do not allow parties or large, loud events, to maintain a family-friendly environment.
How far is the property from the city centre and airport?
The city centre is about 926 metres away (roughly a 10 minute walk). Jaffna International Airport (JAF) is around 14 km away, about a 35-45 minute drive.
