What We Collect
When you make a booking, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), preferred dates, number of guests, and any special requests you share. We use this information only to prepare for your stay and communicate with you about it.
How We Use It
- To confirm room availability and rates for your requested dates
- To communicate with you by email or phone about your reservation or stay
- To arrange any additional services you request (transfers, laundry, dinner, etc.)
Website Analytics
We measure how this website is used with our own software, running on our own server — there is no third-party analytics provider, no advertising network, and no tracking cookie. For each page opened we record the page address, the site that linked you to it (if any), a general device and browser type, how far down the page you scrolled, how long the page was open, and which buttons or links were used.
To tell one visit from another, a random identifier is stored in your browser's local storage. It is not linked to your name or booking, is not shared with anyone, and is cleared whenever you clear your browser data. Your IP address is never stored — only a one-way hash of it, so repeat visits can be counted without holding the address itself.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your information with third parties, other than the extent needed to provide a service you've specifically requested (for example, arranging airport transport).
Data Retention
Booking details are kept only as long as needed to manage your stay and for basic business record-keeping.
